Welcome to Munch Classes! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and content. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, recipe, or booking our chefs, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership & Subscriptions
Munch Classes offers monthly, semi-annual, and annual memberships, giving users access to our full library of recipes and live classes. Membership begins upon successful payment and lasts for the chosen duration. Upon expiration, access to members-only content will be restricted until the user renews their subscription.

2. One-Time Recipe Access
Users may purchase one-time access to individual recipes. This does not grant access to the entire recipe library or live classes. Each single-recipe purchase is valid for personal use only and remains subject to our copyright terms.

3. Payments
All payments on Munch Classes are securely processed via Paystack, which supports M-Pesa and credit/debit card payments. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Refund Policy
Munch Classes does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Subscription payments (monthly, semi-annual, or annual)

• One-time purchases of individual recipes or classes

• Event bookings or chef hire services

All transactions are final. Please review all content and offerings before completing any purchase.

5. Chef Bookings
Clients may book a Munch Classes chef for private events, occasions, or professional catering. The following terms apply:

• A 60% deposit is required upon booking to secure the date.

• The remaining 40% must be paid on the event day, prior to service delivery.

• Deposits are non-refundable, and failure to settle the balance may result in service denial or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on Munch Classes—including but not limited to recipes, videos, graphics, logos, motion graphics, and instructional content—is the sole property of Munch Classes. You may not copy, download, redistribute, reproduce, or modify any of our content for commercial or personal distribution without explicit written permission.

7. Termination
Munch Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, abuses the platform, or engages in any illegal or harmful conduct.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim arising from the use of Munch Classes, our services, or these Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Kenya. All legal proceedings must be filed and settled under Kenyan jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates implies agreement to the new terms.
